I've been using their Virus Barrier (the old name for their Internet Security app) for around 15 years now, with updates checked for and downloaded/installed weekly. If you're looking for a great security application for your Mac computer(s), that's always scanning in the background to find and isolate/remove malware, get Intego's Mac Internet Security X9, or a bundle if you think you need it. MacKeeper actually makes every computer it's installed on run horribly. Junkware is software that does little to nothing to improve anything it's installed on and may actually include hidden malware, backdoors, adware, etc.
